Acceptance
By creating an account on nqrah or using it, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for protecting your sign-in methods, and for the actions of the team members you give permissions to.
What merchants sell
The merchant is the seller, and is responsible for their products, prices, descriptions, delivery and return policy, and for complying with Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and other laws in force.
Illegal or misleading products may not be sold, and we may hide content that breaks these rules.
Payments
nqrah never holds a merchant’s sales money: payment gateways and couriers settle directly with the merchant.
The platform supports no credit cards and no instalment or buy-now-pay-later services.
Beta and pricing
Use is free during the beta. We will announce prices at least thirty days before charging anything, and you may export your data and close your store before then with no obligation.
Content and ownership
Your store’s content is yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and display it as far as needed to run the store. The platform, its themes and its code remain nqrah’s.
AI features
AI suggestions are drafts and may contain mistakes. The merchant is responsible for reviewing them before publishing and for the accuracy of store content. Availability depends on service activation and usage limits.
Acceptable use
The platform may not be used for fraud, spam, harming systems or other stores, or infringing the rights of others.
Suspension
We do not suspend a store without prior notice and a chance to fix the issue, except for fraud, a clear breach of the law or a risk to the platform. In every case, exporting your data stays available.
Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care to keep the platform available and secure, but cannot promise it will be free of interruptions or errors. We are not liable for indirect losses, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
