AI that helps you run your store

Tools for drafting content, setting up products and proposing designs. Use them where they reduce your work, and review the result before approval. Availability depends on the AI service being enabled and configured.

Assistance within the workflow

Product page writingDraft a description, search title and snippet from product details in the store’s voice.

Review the text and check the facts before saving. Drafts can be prepared for several products without replacing existing descriptions.

A product from a photoSuggest a name, description, collection and attributes from a product photo.

Review the data before creating a product. Collection suggestions use your catalogue; any price range comes from similar products in your store, not a model’s guess.

Design proposalsDescribe your direction to receive a template, colour, font and layout proposal.

Review it in the preview, edit by hand or ask for another change. You decide when to publish; proposals use the platform’s available design options.

Setup assistanceSuggestions for contact details, delivery, shipping and payment settings.

Review the proposals and apply them through the settings screens, with the team’s usual permissions.

Store checksA checklist of missing details before launch, such as images, descriptions and policies.

Items are counted from store data. Ask for help prioritising them, then make corrections in the relevant screens.

Images and reviewsDraft image descriptions and review replies in your store’s language.

Review descriptions and replies before saving. The assistant is not authorised to promise a refund or discount on your team’s behalf.

Transfer receipt readingHelp extracting the amount, reference and date from a proof-of-transfer image.

Reading an image does not prove that money arrived. Your team checks the receiving account and approves the evidence after review.

Briefs and analysisSummarise figures and help make sense of store performance.

Figures are computed from store data rather than invented by the model. Sending a brief may require a suitable messaging channel to be enabled.

Safeguards that keep you in control

  • Review before approval

Content and designs are proposals. Review and edit them, then decide what to save or publish.

  • A manual path

Store setup and product management work without AI enabled.

  • Visible usage

Review usage and cost, and set a monthly assistant spending cap in the available settings.

  • Defined design options

Design proposals use templates and editor options, with value and contrast checks.

  • Team permissions apply

An assistant’s proposal grants no additional permission. Saving still requires the usual permissions.

  • Data for the task

The enabled provider receives the data needed for the task. Read the privacy policy before entering sensitive data.

Availability and cost

nqrah uses Claude models through the provider enabled in the deployment. Models, availability and cost depend on service configuration and the task. The beta does not promise unlimited paid AI credits. Manual store creation and management remain available when the assistant is disabled or its cap is reached.

Next on the development roadmap

These are development plans, not services available today. Messaging channels require provider approvals and integration activation.

  • NQRAH AI Agent

Guided setup combines your idea, multiple-choice questions, data and templates. Review each proposal before applying it. This flow is in development.

  • A unified inbox

Connect conversations to products and orders, with draft replies and team review. This depends on channel approvals and integration availability.

  • Orders from conversations

Links and forms connecting customer choices to the catalogue and recording orders in the same workspace, with discounts, deposits and spam controls. In development.
